From the time Frannie was the 16th runner up in the Miss Bird Breath Beauty Pageant, she dreamed of becoming a beauty queen. Unfortunately the closest she ever got was 3rd place in the "Miss Big Beaks" contest. But this winter her luck changed when she was finally crowned "Queen Bird Brain" at the Nestling Country Holiday Festival. She was sure the deciding factor in her victory was when the judges asked her what she wished for this holiday season…and she replied, "Peace, Joy and the removal of all those tacky pink flamingo lawn ornaments from front yards across the land."
