We ship US Postal Priority mail. US Postal Priority mail is shipped daily.

International customers:

We ship World Wide, please e-mail us for shipping rates.

All import duty fees are the responsibility of the customer; we recommend that you contact your postal service for these fees.

We have no control over these fees.



International orders will be shipped US Postal Priority Mail International. Packages held longer in customs are a rare incident, but may occur. We are not responsible for packages that are held up in customs. Thank you for your understanding.

Refunds, Returns, Damages:

We guarantee all our products; if an item is damaged please contact us for a replacement with in 7 days of receiving merchandise. If an item is damaged, please save the shipping box and packing material. If you are not satisfied with the product please contact us for a refund. A refund will be given less shipping charges (this includes the shipping to you and the return of the item to us) Non-satisfied items must have original box for return. The refund will be issued as soon as we receive the item. On all Intrada items If you are not satisfied with a Intrada item please understand there is a 25% restocking fee on all Intrada plus shipping. This does not reflect on a Intrada that is received damaged.
